while i was helping my mom make vietnamese yogurt yesterday, i realized that through all the struggles i endured this year, God has been repeatedly trying to teach me patience ... i always took the shortcut and faster route to try and get things done. like whenever i'd get a new piece of music to play, i'd try to zip through it as fast as i can playing it at the original tempo (this was a big problem when i played piano because i couldnt get both hands to play well). then whenever i would gain weight, i'd exercise as much as i possible could in one day, hoping all the fat would be gone in the next day or two. also, i wouldnt read any instruction manual that came with something i bought; i would just try to figure it out, all by myself as quick as possible.

but now i realize i need to be patient with everything and finish one task at a time ... and read through things thoughtfully (especially when i'm doing qt). and take my time thinking through things. i just cant expect everything to be done fast, or to be done my way . . . i have to be patient.

i feel ALOT better now, and my faith in God is stronger than ever. thank you so much to those who have helped me and talked to me whenever i needed them.

God has blessed me so much over the past few weeks. He changed my life and answered my prayers. i've never felt better in my entire life, and never have i had this much faith in Him.
